Tscherwona Sloboda Children's Home II

Two Children's Homes were opened in the village of Chervona Sloboda on 09.08.2021. This shows once again that the desire for a family and a home is great among the orphans.

A child becomes an orphan not only when his parents die. Often the parents suffer from alcohol or drug addiction, which makes it impossible for them to take care of their children. As a result, they are deprived of custody and the children end up in a stately orphanage.

Here they experience little affection or personal connection with the adults who are supposed to take on a parental role in the child's life.

In the Foundation's Children's Homes, the orphans experience what it means to grow up in a family. Here they have parents who give them love, comforting words and warm embraces, thus conveying a sense of safety and security.
