Grady is located in western Ukraine, very close to the border of Poland. In 2019 three families decided to make it their goal of giving orphans hope and future prospects. However, it was not possible to realize this project with their own efforts and to create enough living space.
Therefore, the foundation was asked for help. Upon this request, the planning for three new children’s homes began. With the approval of the local authorities, construction started promptly. The children in particular were overjoyed when the project was completed in the summer.
The opening celebrations of the houses took place in the beginning of August. A rich buffet, musical contributions, and the anticipation of the individual families made this day a special event for all guests and participants.
Now three families have the opportunity to give a new and loving home to up to 36 children. Every single orphan is looking forward to starting a new future worth living.
