The property of the evangelical free-church in the regional capital Tscherkasi provides enough space to build a second Children’s Home. When the foundation was approached with the request to do so, the foundation will build yet another Children’s Home in this city at the shores of lake Krementschkschen, located about 120 miles southeast of the national capital Kiev.
Concurrently with the Children’s Home I the Children’s Home II was opened with proper celebration. „This June 1, 2017 will be recorded in the history books of our city,“ the director of social affairs said, „for today our city receives two Children’s Homes which will become a home for up to 24 children who will here find loving care and direction towards a future worth living.“
