On October 26, 2025, a special and significant moment took place in Mangir: the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone for the construction of another children's home.
This project represents another step toward giving children who have to grow up without parental care a loving home and a secure future.
As with the first children's home in this location, the DIE BRÜCKE ZUM LEBEN foundation aims to create places where children can experience security and love. Here, they will not only find a roof over their heads, but also warmth, trust, and hope—everything that makes a family.
In addition to representatives of the foundation, the ceremony was also attended by representatives of the local free church community, the construction management team, and the family who will be moving into this house. Together, they laid the symbolic foundation stone as a visible sign of the beginning of a new chapter marked by charity and responsibility.
