Children's Home II in Martinesti/Satu Mare

The “Haus der Hoffnung” (House of Hope) in Satu Mare, which was built several years ago, is home to twelve foster children. The Foundation purchased a minibus for the home which can be used, among other things, to drive the children to school or to the doctor.

State stipulations made it necessary to install an alarm system in the building, which had not been budgeted for. The Foundation helped out here too.

In order to offer the children better prospects for the future, the Foundation appointed a private teacher with whom the older children learn German. The little ones were also really keen to join in so lessons were arranged for them as well.

The children are also looking forward to the leisure and recreation centre in Baba Novac and can hardly wait for it to be finished.
